1. When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in the United States. Please allow additional time during holidays and sales seasons. We process orders Monday to Friday. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and ship the next day after processing. We do not ship on weekends.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. After that, delivery within the United States typically takes 12-20 business days, and 15-30 business days for some destinations depending on location.
3. Will I be charged taxes and customs?
Prices shown on our site are tax-free in US dollars. You may have to pay duties and taxes once your order arrives. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged when your order reaches its final destination and are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department.
